Relationship to Certainty Labs: OutboundFix is an independently operated commercial product that Certainty Labs uses as one bounded proving environment for its decision-infrastructure primitives. OutboundFix owns its own business context, customers, and operations; Certainty Labs does not operate OutboundFix as a generic internal service, and OutboundFix does not define the Decision Plane on its own.

Each applied system stays owner of its own business context. What Certainty Labs extracts from them — evidence provenance, claims, uncertainty and abstention, policy and authority, human gates, and decision records — is the reusable Decision Plane described on the architecture page.
